Changing the World from the Inside Out

Bridging International partners with leaders, organizations, and communities who understand that meaningful transformation happens when knowledge, heart, strategy, and action move together.

We support organizations navigating complexity, growth, and responsibility at scale. Our work strengthens leadership, aligns systems, and builds cultures where people and purpose thrive together.

Let’s move forward—together.

Our Work section details how Racing to Equity Consulting Group's racial equity work centers healing, liberation, and structural transformation.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

We believe lasting transformation begins from the inside out.

Real change happens when people and systems face reality with courage and

choose to move forward—even when conditions are uncertain.

Belonging is essential. When people feel seen, valued, honored, dignified, and

supported, organizations become more resilient, innovative, and effective.

Belonging strengthens performance because it strengthens people.

We do this work because systems rooted in human dignity, accountability, and

reciprocity create healthier and high performing organizations—and a more just

world.

HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO

We partner deeply and authentically. Change does not happen to people—it

happens with them. We walk alongside our clients in collaborative relationships

grounded in trust, humility, and shared purpose.

We integrate Indigenous wisdom, adaptive leadership, systems thinking,

organizational development, leadership capacity building, executive coaching,

and restorative practices. This approach supports organizations navigate

complexity with clarity, courage, and compassion.

We illuminate what’s possible. By making patterns and barriers visible, we help

leaders and teams create alignment, accountability, and meaningful, lasting

change.

WHAT WE DO

We partner with organizations to reshape culture from within—strengthening

belonging, rebuilding trust, and fostering and strengthening collaboration so

people and systems can thrive.

We design and facilitate healing-centered and transformational processes,

including bridging, belonging, dialogue, restorative alignment, leadership

development, assessment, and culture change.

We equip leaders with practical tools, strategies, and guidance through

consulting, executive coaching, and leadership capacity-building—helping them

move forward with confidence and build the futures they envision.

TESTIMONIALS

Talking about diversity, inclusion and equity is harder than one might think – even for a bunch of do-gooders who work for an organization like the Y. We are an organization that prided itself on being inclusive before inclusiveness was cool. Over the 6-month deep dive, Tami and Bernardo designed the sessions in a thoughtful and intentional way. Meaningful progress was made in every session.  As a group, we got more and more comfortable grappling with these issues over the weeks. The tone of the meeting went from nervous and superficial in week one to listening and questioning in week 10. The knowledge we shared by the end of this deep dive allowed us to have rich problem-solving conversations that led to a plan that is already guiding our work. The time in this workshop was well worth it, and I would recommend it to any YMCA that is serious about expanding impact in the communities served.
